Administration Services

I work very closely with some of the best law firms on the island. This is very important part when buying a property in Fuerteventura. 

We would make sure that your desirable property is free of any depts, that it is possible to contract water and electricity, etc. 

We will be with you all the way to explain the process so you are always kept inform about what is going on. 

We will help you with applying for NIE, explain about all the documents that you need to present, where you need to go and so on. 

We will take you to reputable bank and open up a bank account with you in your own language…so you understand everything…

Once you buy your property and wish to rent it for holidays, we will help you to apply for holiday licence, and register you with guardia civil ( the local police where you have to register every guest that stays in your property)

We are able to supply Energy Certificates if needed.
