Legal/tax services: Our process is always controlled by the lawyer who specializes in Spanish property law before making any purchase. We manage all the mediation of legal services related to the purchase or lease of real estate – provision of complete services of a notary, submission of an application for entry in land registers and land register
Plan for ongoing expenses: In addition to the purchase price, owning property in Fuerteventura comes with ongoing expenses such as maintenance, repairs, and property taxes.
Insurance: If buying a property in Spain, it’s important to have proper insurance against any potential damage or loss.
Bank: We will also help you with opening a bank account because you’ll need it in order to complete the transaction and pay ongoing expenses such as utility bills and property taxes.
Final Administration services: (electricity, water supply, internet connection) In order to set up electricity/water/internet in your new property, we will help you to arrange a contract with the proper company in the area where the property is located.
